I also loveeee Marriage of Convenience trope and James was the perfect cinnamon roll guy in this book for that situation, he stepped up and made sure to help Emma no matter what. They had history together and that made it better too when it came to the MOC trope.
Emma's mama was wildddd and her friend group really gave her the courage she needed and encouragement to not let her mama walk all over her. The friendships in this were chef's kiss and the text messages cracked me up!
Obviously I am just gushing about this and have no cohesive review LOL But I just cannot recommend this enough, I loved the faith, romance, friendship, depth....just pick it up! My friend Melissa and I read this together so I recommend reading with others too!
