Every Woman a Theologian - Phylicia Masonheimer - 5 Stars 

I picked this up as part of my friend's Christian book club read this month and I am so glad I read it! 

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and rated it 5 stars! Phylicia covers the fundamentals of Christian theology and this book serves as a valuable resource for addressing many questions and topics believers may have. It has become a go-to reference for me, especially when discussing faith-related questions with my husband. I appreciate the author's inclusion of information on various denominations, beliefs, and their historical context. I believe every woman should read this insightful book, as it will encourage and strengthen their faith and provide guidance for many aspects of one's faith journey.

  Lending a Paw by Laurie Cass - 4 Stars  Book 1 in A Bookmobile Cat Mystery Series This was a fun introduction to a new cozy mystery series with a cute cat sleuth helping along the way! With the help of her rescue cat, Eddie, librarian Minnie Hamilton is driving a bookmobile in the resort town of Chilson, Michigan. Things happen she least expects when Eddie runs off and finds the body of a local man in town..... Minnie is ready to let the police solve the case but Eddie seems to smell a rat! Together they work to find the killer.  This was a really fun one to read while I was recovering from having surgery this last week! :) As a gift from my friend Tammy, I am so glad I read it! (And that I had my kitty Simba right there with me while I read it was a cute bonus!) Eddie is a stubborn kitty and I LOVED THAT!   All My Secrets - Lynn Austin - 5 Stars All My Secrets by Lynn Austin is a multigenerational story of 3 women that explores first loves, grief, high society lifestyle, history, the Christian faith and the essence of what matters most in life. I highly recommend this book as I was fully immersed in the story and characters.  Set during the Gilded Age in New York, we see the strength of the Stanhope women following the passing of Arthur Stanhope. Left uncertain of their future paths, Junietta, Sylvia, and Adelaide grapple with the ramifications of Arthur's will and the looming uncertainty surrounding their family's estate. As they navigate through the aftermath, family secrets begin to unravel, shedding light on their intertwined history. I absolutely loved this story.
